What you will do

Assist with data preparation, analysis, reporting, and cross functional coordination, contributing to initiatives such as the Sales Quota activities, JPB framework, Advantage process, customer segmentation, and IBP data flows, helping ensure accurate information, smooth execution, and alignment with commercial priorities. 

 

Key Responsibilities​  

  • Assist with Sales Quota definition and upload by preparing required inputs, ensuring data accuracy, and helping meet planning timelines. 

  • Assist in the execution of the JPB framework by helping prepare materials, tracking progress, and supporting coordination to ensure alignment with business objectives. 

  • Support the Advantage process end-to-end through tasks such as gathering data, updating documentation, and coordinating with teams to maintain consistency and alignment. 

  • Contribute to the customer segmentation model by helping with data cleaning, analysis, and preparation to support implementation and decision-making. 

  • Support commercial data ingestion and reporting in IBP by validating datasets, updating reports, and ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time. 

  

 

 

 

What we are looking for  

Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor´s degree (recent graduate) in Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields.  

  • Intermediate Excel skills on formulas and pivot tables 

  • Strong analytical with the ability to interpret data and generate valuable insights and recommendations. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.  

  • Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment.  

  • Intermediate English 

  •   Preferred basic knowledge in Python, VBA or related software
