What you will do

What you will do:

• Execute the responsibilities and roles of both General Marketing Supervisor (Soseki)

• Ensure Quality and Regulatory compliance of all Commercialized Products, Japan LOC (JNTL), related Distribution Centers and Warehouses within Japan base business, ensuring all applicable regulations as well as JNTL Global Quality Policy Standards and procedures (Kenvue Standard).

• Contribute Quality intelligence program to assess and monitor Japanese regulation, standards and guidance document related to GxP, as well as Kenvue policy and standard. • Manage regulatory inspection and GRC audit.

• Develop a capable Japan Commercial Quality (CQ) organization. Be responsible for budget, staffing, career planning, training and development and providing for a safe and pleasant working environment for Japan CQ. Provide servant leadership and ensure Kenvue behavior, driving Kenvue Way and improving employee engagement.

• Be the primary quality partner for Japan business / commercial and deliver organization and other cross-functional teams internally to ensure compliance of all commercialized products with local regulations at all times.

• Partner with LOC Leads of the target market to ensure preparedness for the regulatory inspections/audits of Kenvue products, issue resolutions with Local Authorities and company management. Lead investigations, corrective and preventive actions for issues detected potentially affecting the products or to improve compliance with regulations.

• Coach team members and implement performance management to achieve set goals.

• Allocate resources to maximize team performance.

• Implement effective development strategies to achieve high - performance teams.

30%: General Marketing Supervisor (Soseki)

30%: Enhance and develop capability of Japan CQ organization

20%: Quality and Regulatory compliance of all Commercialized Products, Japan LOC (JNTL), related Distribution Centers and Warehouses within Japan base business

20%: Strengthen collaboration with other departments to support the company's business success

Travel: 20% At least, domestic travel is required. As needed, international travel is also required

Key Working Relationships:

Internal: Safety, SC, Deliver, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service

External: Vendors, Regulatory authorities

What we are looking for:

Education: Bachelors or master’s degree in science, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Pharmacy.

Pharmacist License.

Experience:

•Over 10 years of direct related experience in quality assurance, quality related operations and regulatory compliance in regulated pharmaceutical industry.

•Quality Assurance Supervisor experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Quasi-Drug or Cosmetics

•People management experience.

•Regulatory inspection experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•Demonstrated ability to manage relationship development and maintenance and negotiation skills.

•Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese regulations applicable to Drug, Quasi-drug and Cosmetics.

•Native level in Japanese. Written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Good communication capability to facilitate effective interaction and motivate the team members.

•Self-leadership and motivation with high personal integrity and application of Kenvue value
