What you will do

Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

The Commercial Systems Administrator is the business system owner responsible for ensuring data integrity across our commercial systems, with primary responsibility for managing and maintaining our Trade Promotion Management (VisualFabriq) system as a critical business platform. This includes maintaining accurate and consistent data, managing data flows between systems through various processes including excel and ETL models, and supporting commercial teams to resolve system challenges. The role requires a proactive and organized approach, with exceptional attention to detail, independence, and a high standard of accuracy. Advanced Excel skills will be required, while SQL and data warehousing knowledge are highly regarded. This full-time contract role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to Business Intelligence tools and processes, initially starting with low technical demands but building deeper expertise as you progress.

Key Responsibilities

·         Own and manage data across commercial systems, with a strong focus on the Trade Promotion Management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency as this is a business-critical platform.

·         Monitor and maintain data flows between systems, resolving issues promptly to support business operations.

·         Prepare, transform, and upload data using advanced Excel skills (and some SQL) for cleaning and structuring files.

·         Troubleshoot data or system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

·         Support commercial processes such as new item setup, pricing updates, and product lifecycle changes.

·         Participate as core team member for BI projects, contributing knowledge and support as needed.

·         Maintain documentation and uphold data governance standards to ensure trusted business data.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

·         2–4 years’ experience in a corporate environment with exposure to systems or data management.

·         Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).

·         Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and maintain high accuracy standards.

·         Basic understanding of BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) and some exposure to SQL.

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

·         Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Desired Qualifications

·         Experience with Trade Promotion Management Systems (e.g. VisualFabriq) or ERPs (SAP).

·         Experience in Data-warehousing systems (Snowflake)
