What you will do

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of Kenvue's global compensation programs.  The role will work closely with the local, regional, and global teams to ensure excellence in the execution of all compensation plans and processes.  Successful candidates will care fiercely about our customer experience and always have an eye on continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compensation operations support on a day-to-day basis for the region Compensation Operations team. 

  • Provide consultation to Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and line leaders with respect to compensation matters, including but not limited to, promotions, lateral moves, other adjustments, One way moves and year-end compensation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of compensation programs and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) across the region.

  • Support and co-lead HR initiatives, and projects. 

  • Provide appropriate documentation of all activities, adhering to Service Level Agreements.

  • Ensure timely compensation change letter generations and administration of Global Engagement Awards.

  • Ensure survey participation and support salary structure management. 

  • Develops stable working relationships internally. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.

  • Support additional HR related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies globally. Areas of focus may include, but are not limited to employee data management, compensation and benefits, recruiting and onboarding, etc.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. 

  • A minimum of 1 year of meaningful experience in compensation or HR/Business Operations equivalent role is required 

  • English fluency is required.   

  • Candidates must be culturally sensitive and drive for results 

  • Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, outstanding team work and collaboration skills 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, and reporting tools is preferred. 

  • Ability to work in cross-functional and cross geography teams.
