HybridWhat you will do
The Consumer and Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for uncovering deep human insights through external market trends and consumer research; presenting recommendations to internal and external clients; standing for the voice of the consumer to share compelling stories backed by data and insights to influence senior leadership and drive sustainable and profitable brand growth.
This role reports into the Head of Metro Asia Consumer and Business Intelligence and is based in Metro Manila, Philippines. This role will collaborate closely with the Philippines Brand Leads and the Philippines Leadership Team. Additionally, this role will also assist in delivering and integrating global best practices in consumer insights within the Metro Asia Cluster under the Head of Metro Asia Consumer and Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer Understanding: Support initiatives to identify consumer needs, segment audiences, and uncover what drives brand preference and satisfaction.
Research Program Management: Coordinate foundational research such as brand tracking, segmentation, and usage & attitude studies to inform strategy.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging consumer and market trends, translating them into actionable opportunities.
Insight Integration: Help embed consumer and shopper insights into brand development, innovation, and go-to-market plans.
Tools & Methodologies: Apply and evolve research tools to improve insight quality and relevance.
Agency & Standards Oversight: Manage research partners and ensure projects meet quality standards and deliver actionable outcomes.
Insight Activation: Synthesize findings into clear, impactful recommendations that guide brand and business decisions.
This role is expected to dedicate 60% of time to Philippines market and assist in other workstreams for rest of Metro Asia in remaining 40%.
