What you will do

This role will serve as the Consumer & Business Intelligence Hair Activation Lead. Through deep consumer understanding, external market knowledge, and implementation of key Kenvue brand growth principles, it will be part of a high-performance team which will: 

  • Deliver insights to support a consumer centric innovation pipeline
  • Help embed consumer and category insights into the brand and commercialization strategy
  • Stay ahead of emerging consumer and market trends, translating them into actionable opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research projects through design, execution and analysis phases
  • Analyze and interpret research results from multiple data sources, generate meaningful insights, and develop actionable recommendations that address business opportunities
  • Present to internal and external stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in of insights and recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, Consumer Sciences, and Consumer & Business Intelligence counterparts to develop strong understanding of consumers, categories, brands, products and competitors
  • Demonstrate objectivity in the interpretation of findings and development of recommendations and implications
  • Proactively manage work, prioritize requests, deliver reports on time, and independently lead tasks with support from Associate Director


What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in relevant field preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of insight experience within market research, advanced analytics or related fields
  • Experience with market research techniques, syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen), and real-time digital data (e.g., social media)
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive multiple high-profile projects to successful, on-time completion
  • Ability to think analytically to understand complex problems and communicate conclusions clearly and concisely
  • Experience in beauty, consumer health, or fast-moving consumer goods preferred

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
