Kenvue is currently recruiting for: A2R Analyst Commercial Accounting|
To be based of work located at Bogotá, Colombia / Sao Paulo, Brasil. Reporting directly to Team Lead Commercial Accounting.
The A2R Analyst Commercial Accounting is a key point of Kenvue functions to engage the BUF and Customer Service organization. The A2R Analyst provides direct support to Controllers and facilitates transactional activities. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of Kenvue customer service processes, products and their interrelationship. The A2R analyst candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in the area.
Examines and validates various financial transactions, answer the audits, identification and correction of discrepancies and variances in various accounting. Performs monthly closings within the department. Assesses and reports on improvements to accounting system processes, policies and procedures. Analyzes, researches and recommends solutions for complex accounting issues. The A2R analyst is expected to navigate key relationships and collaborate as needed across functions, including: Commercial, Finance, Global and Shared Services and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues. The A2R Analyst reports directly to a Sr Team Lead Commercial Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for management activities, including:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing Revenue
- Manage and process Revenue.
Responsible for accounting records management activities, including:
- Recording of accruals and other adjustments that affect Revenue.
- Liaise with BUF and other parties for the processing of Revenue.
- Analysis of accounts in Black line, guaranteeing the real figures
Solve problems related to: Revenue requests to the different teams, management of possible delays in the process:
- Interact with other areas to find solutions
- Contact the internal customer with the final solution
- Propose and participate on process improvement activities
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Stakeholder relationship:
- Collaborate with other areas to find robust solutions related to overall Commercial accounting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant accounting, finance.
- Capacity to critically evaluate and determine development plans.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Capacity to technically support team colleagues.
- Have a leadership mindset to drive a collaborative attitude to the team.
- Open-minded and creativity to understand current processes.
- English level - intermediate.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Technical skills: MS Office, SAP, Power BI.
- Office skills: Office tools, Email, Outlook
- Professional skills: Ability to make decisions; Perform efficiently and effectively; Deal with multi-source of information. Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications. People and stakeholder management. Process improvement experience. Knowledge of accounting processes, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (Sox and internal controls), matrix environment, analytical skills, logical thinking; knowledge on other SAP modules. financial Services and Shared Services is a plus.
