What you will do

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Liaison Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of R&D contract requests and confidentiality agreements for North America. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the R&D team and all parties involved in the contract review, ensuring smooth intake, tracking, and execution of agreements.


Key Responsibilities
•    Manage the end-to-end process for R&D Contract Requests and Confidentiality Agreements.
•    Write requisitions and manage follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
•    Act as the subject matter expert for the Contracts team.
•    Coordinate intake and workflow for R&D-related agreements.
•    Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize contract management practices.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Fluent in English.

Desired Qualifications
Experience in the consumer products industry or a related field.
Experience in managing contracts and confidentiality agreements.
