HybridWhat you will do
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Creative Director to help drive creative excellence and bravery across the organization.
The Creative Director focuses on building a culture of creativity and creative excellence that is grounded in its brand foundations and strategies. The Creative Director will guide teams through the creative development process and partner cross functionally to drive integrated communications planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, develop, and codify the Creative Excellence aspect of Brand Building for Kenvue to ensure consistent, effective ensuring ideas
Foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the organization.
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to brand teams, agencies, and leadership.
Direct teams through the creative development process to ensure high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with the Media lead to guide teams through the integrated communications planning process.
Provide resources, guidance, and coaching on creative content excellence across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Work closely with the full marketing excellence team to support overall marketing effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of training and codification of creative excellence materials.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.
10-12+ years of agency experience in planning or creative development.
Deep expertise in building strong, enduring creative platforms, that are localized and activated across markets.
Strong knowledge of creative measurement to build meaningful, distinctive and salient brands.
Strong creative judgment and ability to inspire teams towards brave work.
Experience guiding cross functional teams and creative partners through integrated campaign development and activation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to drive creative excellence and marketing effectiveness.
Exceptional ability to manage complexity of working across multiple global brand teams and comfort with ambiguity.
Passion for shaping culture, mentoring talent, and building community amongst marketers and agency partners.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working in or with global-local matrixed organizations.
Familiar with creative effectiveness measurement tools.
Knowledge about marketing growth theories (i.e. Bryon Sharp / Ehrenberg Bass).
Experience with integrated marketing communications planning.
Familiar with industry creative evaluation tools (i.e. Links testing).
