HybridWhat you will do
Key Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in driving our Mental & Physical (focus Physical) agenda at our key customers (drugstores, grocery and discount channel)
• Responsibility for Customer Activation at drug customers across all Kenvue categories and brands
• Translation of brand and category objectives into Perfect Store execution. Define the resulting activation grid for the brand with focus on outstanding physical availability
• Develop and implement a Kenvue/customer vision and be the activation face of Kenvue towards the customer
• Analyze customer behavior and show strong outside-in focus, monitoring development of competition at customer, develop new ideas and convince the customer to partner and try out new routes
• Close cooperation with adjacent cross functional teams on the following topics: Generation of shopper insights, performance analysis of promotions, launch support, sales documents, market trends, competitive information, also making use of the data dm shares through extranet, sell-out data etc.
What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications
• Successfully completed university studies in economics or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing in the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of our customer landscape in Germany
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoyment of creative tasks and willingness to innovate
• Strong stakeholder management & passion to change the status quo
• Ability to work under pressure, willingness to work and organizational skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
