What you will do

Kenvue Türkiye is looking for a Customer Development Intern to join our team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the daily operations of a global FMCG business, working closely with the Customer Development team on trade marketing execution, sales analytics, and in-store activation projects.

Job Description

  • Support planning trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

  • Preparation of sales analyses, performance reports, and business presentations.

  • Assist to manage event activations including extensive launch events and in-store activities.

  • Closely monitoring competitive activities and take proactive measures.

  • Support customer activation plans and in-store execution initiatives.

  • Track promotional calendars, budgets, and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th year university student (preferably in the early stages of senior year)

  • Prior internship experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing-related field is preferred

  • Good command of English, both written and verbal

  • Strong Excel skills, including reporting and working with sales and shipment/logistics data

  • Proactive follow-up skills — comfortable tracking processes end-to-end (e.g. confirming POS/display materials have reached the warehouse)

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; confident and outgoing enough to reach out to different departments and follow up on requests independently

  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset

As part of the internship, you'll work within a hybrid working environment and gain exposure to a truly global organizational structure, building cross-functional relationships across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
