Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Lotus’s buying, merchandising, e‑commerce, and supply chain teams.

  • Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) covering sales targets, category growth plans, and strategic initiatives.

  • Negotiate yearly trading terms, promotional funding, and assortment agreements to achieve mutual growth.

2. Sales & P&L Management

  • Own the full P&L for the Lotus’s account, including revenue, gross margin, trade spend, and profitability.

  • Drive delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor performance by Category, Brand, SKU, and channel (offline + online), taking action to close gaps.

3. Assortment, Promotion, and In-Store Execution

  • Manage product listing, delisting, and distribution expansion across Lotus’s formats.

  • Plan and execute promotions aligned with customer insights and category strategy.

  • Collaborate with trade marketing and sales operation teams to secure in-store fundamentals: availability, planogram compliance, and visibility.

4. Category Development

  • Work with Lotus’s and internal Category teams to develop category growth strategies.

  • Leverage shopper insight, market data (e.g., EGG insight, NielsenIQ), and Lotus’s POS data to optimize assortment and shelf layout.

  • Identify innovation opportunities and ensure successful launches.

5. Demand Planning & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Lotus’s Supply teams to ensure high service level and minimize OOS.

  • Lead forecasting discussions, manage promo uplifts, and resolve service issues.

6. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

  • Provide regular business performance updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare customer presentations, scorecards, and negotiation documents.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions.

  • Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership and good team player.

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management skills.

  • Good command of English.

  • Proficiency in Market Intelligence (especially EGG insight), Excel, Power BI, and presentation tools.
