What you will do

As Customer Director of the Regional Drug, Grocery & Emerging Channels, you will lead a dynamic team of 15+ colleagues dedicated to shaping and executing strategic business plans with leading Canadian Drug and Grocery channel retailers. Your role will focus on building robust end-to-end relationships and accelerated strategic growth plans with our customers partnering across their merchandising/ category management, supply chain, marketing, digital and media teams. You will have direct accountability for key customer partnerships across Regional Drug retailers including Jean Coutu, Rexall, London Drugs and other drug + emerging channel retailers. Mentoring and developing a high-performance team is an essential part of the role. This position will also be a core member of the Canada Sales Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & develop comprehensive Joint Business Plans and strategic retailer negotiations to drive accelerated growth against Kenvue and Retailer priorities and strategies, delivering against core internal KPIs including Net Trade Sales and POS growth, share growth, profitability growth.

  • Develop & foster collaborative, trust-based and accelerated growth focused end to end retailer relationships across their merchandising \ category management, supply chain, marketing, digital and media teams.

  • Lead and develop your direct reports to deliver/exceed against agreed upon business objectives while being a coach and mentor developing your team and the broader Customer Development organization

  • Foster collaboration between internal Kenvue cross-functional end to end teams, including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Supply Chain, Project Management, Trade Customization and Finance, aligning to core priorities and driving business outcomes.

  • This role will be a key member of the Canada Sales Leadership Team, setting strategic and executional guidance, enabling best practice adoption, and contribute to further developing our high-performance Customer Development team culture in Canada.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Kenvue Canada's corporate office is currently located in Markham, ON but is scheduled to move to North York (Yonge and Sheppard area) in or around Q3 2026.

What we are looking for

Required Skills / Experiences

  • A University degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and customer development. A minimum of 5 years within Customer Leadership roles.

  • Must demonstrate ability to coach, mentor and lead high-performance teams and individuals.

  • Proven experience developing “fit for today and future” strategies. Strategic problem solver and ability to shape business plans for short and long-term

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively forecast sales and consumption demand, effectively manage and drive continuous trade investment ROI optimization.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve \ exceed targets working effectively within an agile and cross functional environment.

  • Strong track record negotiating for profitable growth with retailers.

  • Digital Commerce experience and French speaking would be an asset.
