What you will do

The Customer Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data, conducting variance analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing summaries to management. You will also closely manage customer trade spending and identify any optimization opportunities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate E2E monthly/weekly sales planning process for German Mass market customers to ensure accurate forecasting and prepare updates for the stakeholders
  • Analyze sales forecast accuracy and drivers for deviations and provide insights for the commercial team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control and optimize customer trade rebates
  • Conduct regular checks and review of the trade rebate accruals to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure SOX compliance with all related processes (CIW, Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Contracting)
  • Be a Sales contact partner for internal and external auditors
  • Coordinate SLOB management process

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
  • Financial knowledge ideally within FMCG market – revenue cycle oriented – familiar with trade margin structures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and SAP experience
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

  • German language highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales team and management
