What you will do

Schedules appointments for a large territory/client base and meets with existing customers, seeking to expand the business' market share. Answers questions of a more complex nature and handles customer complaints. Arranges support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives. Identifies gaps in support and collaborates with department management to resolve. Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products. Monitors sales and reports additional opportunities to management. Reviews past trends and sales to customers to gain future sales. Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed. Resolves issues not requiring management intervention. Informs company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning. Recommends tactics to enhance sales. Reviews past trends and sales to customers to gain future sales. Analyzes own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus as indicated to achieve sales goals. Coaches and provides mentoring to less experienced sales staff. Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals. Adjusts plan to meet coverage gaps.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
