What you will do


The Analytics Data Analyst is responsible for enabling digital solutions and automations for the supply chain organization in EMEA region. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative data analysis strategies to extract valuable insights from large datasets
• Create advanced data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business metrics and trends for decision-making
• Utilize statistical techniques to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities
• Manage data integrity processes and follow current compliance regulations and standards
• Coordinate the analysis of monthly demand to ensure accuracy and identify trends
• Produce and review monthly reports within specified time frames
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Manage End to End development cycle of a tool – Requirements gathering, Data discovery, data modelling, visualization, adoption, training & change management
• Collaborate with EMEA IT teams to support digital initiatives in the region
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes and systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
 
What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a related field
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Proven working experience in data engineering and visualization
• Experience in SQL
• Experience of working on power platform

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with SAP ERPs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to management effectively, and good planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
