What you will do

The Data & Analytics Lead Analyst is a part of the Kenvue Legal & Compliance Strategy & Operations team responsible for end-to-end sourcing and transformation of data into impactful and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency

  • Align analytics work with Tech & Data strategy and enterprise KPIs

  • Support data governance and metadata management

  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions

  • Identify trends and patterns in data to support forecasting and decision-making processes

  • Sourcing and staging of legal & compliance data for ingesting within data visualization models

  • Creation of insightful and impactful data visualizations

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic initiatives

  • Serve as liaison between Strategy & Operations and Corporate Tech & Data

  • Define, design, and implement new data features and solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and resolve complex data-related issues

  • Continuously research and leverage new technologies in data analytics to optimize development efficiency

  • Conduct training sessions and provide reports on data analytics best practices to internal and external stakeholders

  • Helps build data literacy through training and documentation

  • System administration and configuration

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in data analytics or related field

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science

  • Proficiency with data visualization (ex. Tableau, Power BI) & data staging (ex. KNIME) tools

  • Proven track record of using data to drive business outcomes

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in data projects

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

  • Advanced/Fluente in English

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

  • Working knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements

  • Experience collaborating with Corporate technology teams

  • Experience supporting and automating financial planning cycles

  • Knowledge of Legal Operations technology (ex. Onit/matter management, Malbek/CLM)

  • Experience supporting compliance / risk functions
