HybridWhat you will do
Supports commercial performance by managing and analyzing key execution tools, ensuring accurate commercial data, assisting in the deployment of new SFE capabilities, and contributing to capability development through the Activity House and tool adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the ingestion and validation of SI, SO, ST, and Inventory data, and support the maintenance of the One Click and One Sales dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency for commercial reporting.
Support capability development efforts by assisting in the documentation, tracking, and maintenance of the Activity House framework and helping drive effective tool utilization across teams.
Manage the SG&A budget, ensuring timely and proper execution, as well as guaranteeing fair payment to suppliers.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Economy, or related fields.
Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and generate valuable insights and recommendations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in FMCG companies (Personal Care, Home Care or food | beverages preferably).
