Role reports to: Manager, Digital Solutions

Location: Bengaluru, IN

 

What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic Data Analytics Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Power BI, SQL, and Excel, along with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Azure data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful business insights and BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop, design, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.

·       Work closely with stakeholders to understand data analysis requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

·       Utilize Microsoft Azure stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database) for seamless data integration and flow.

·       Build, optimize, and maintain data models to support robust analytics.

·       Write advanced DAX and SQL queries for data transformation, extraction, and reporting needs.

·       Analyze business data using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.

·       Provide meaningful business insights to support strategic decision-making across teams.

·       Maintain and enhance existing Power BI and BI ecosystem solutions.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI with broader data and digital platforms.

·       Support BI best practices, governance, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

·       1–3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

·       Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.

·       Hands-on expertise with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, Power Query).

·       Experience with Microsoft Azure (ADF, ADLS, Azure SQL).

·       Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts, processes, and data workflows.

·       Proficiency in DAX and data modeling.

·       Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications

·       Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence.

·       Experience in CPG domain.

·       Exposure to additional BI tools.
