What You Will Do As a Brand Manager you will be accountable for overall brand health and fundamentals. You will Lead and supervise business planning, execution of marketing activations, A&P and P&L management, forecasting, consumer insight, and long-term planning, also ensures that strategies and plans help meet business and marketing objectives. Manage portfolio, multiple brands which encompasses building marketing core capabilities in the organization, specifically to Baby & Skincare Brand. Lead all aspects of implementation of improvement plans, databases, and other marketing tools. Coordinates with other functions to supervise and analyze market trends, identify insights from the analysis and build impactful plans to further grow the portfolio!

General Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and build long-term brand/franchise strategic plan that meet brand, category, consumer, and business needs to deliver long-term profitable growth and build loyal consumers

• Evaluates success factors of brand initiatives and performance drivers using available tools and provides action plans

• Responsible for managing brand sales and marketing calendar within a short-to-mid-term horizon and ensuring timely and in-full execution

• Regularly collaborates closely with relevant regional contacts to ensure that regional requirements/issues are taken into consideration

• Develops and marketing activation plans (i.e. promotions, communications/claims, product launches) to efficiently achieve business goals

• Collaborates with Channel & Business development team to translate consumer and shopper insights into POSM and in-store Support

• Identifies key and emerging trends in respective categories and demonstrates findings and insights

• Identifies current and future consumer need gaps vis-à-vis current brand offering and opportunities

What We Are Looking for Required Qualifications

• Strong marketing background with 3- 5 years demonstrated ability in an FMCG preferably some experience in baby & skincare category brands

• Bachelor's degree

• Highly qualified / skilled in product portfolio management, business strategy, A&P, budgeting, sales forecasting, market research, and P&L analysis, project management

• Experienced with Digital and Social Commerce Marketing projects for at least 3 years

• Driven with great interpersonal skills and assertiveness, has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams,

• Excellent communication and presentation in both Indonesia and English fluency

• Proficient in MS Office programs

• Solid Analytical Skill and experienced working with data
