What will you do

The Brand Manager is responsible for

1. Increase growth, profitability, penetration, and market share.

  • Identify both opportunities & business at risk

  • Conduct regular Business reviews as a basis for challenging and improving both short- and long-term strategies & action plans.

  • Competitor activity analysis & response strategy

  • Understand external environment consumer and influence understanding

  • Brand development and management, Marketing execution, business and financial acumen

2. Management of a range of internal business processes including developing marketing plans with the marketing team, aligning sales division/ trade marketing and stake holders to marketing plans

  • Lead the development of Marketing Plans / Strategic Plans to deliver long term growth

  • Communicate and align sales results/target to marketing plans

  • Varying cross-functional experience to build business leadership competencies and refine Marketing competencies

  • Expertise in digital marketing, influencing marketing, social commerce to drive brands in new approach

3. Facilitate and provide coaching and direction in the development through on the job learning, training/education and/or focused project work.

  • Ensure compliance with performance management process for both self & division

  • Routinely co-travel with sales & product support team on customer visits

  • Use information from Stake holder Feedback as a basis for self-development and strategies for improving cooperation & performance

  • Have a Personal Development Plan and demonstrate responsibility and commitment to self-development.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing handling – experience in Personal Care industry is the advantage

  • Comprehensive understanding about consumer health market & target customers

  • Core Skills: Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Social Commerce, People Management, Strategic thinking, Market Research, Communication and Presentation, Above the Line and Below the Line activation with Digitalize mindset

  • Leadership skill is a key success factor.
