Customer Development/Sales Analytics Manager

This position reports into the Head of Commercial Excellence and is based at Paranaque, Philippines.

What will you do 

The CD Analytics Manager is responsible for shaping and managing the data solutions of the Customer development/Sales Team. He/She should have a good grasp of both present and future data needs so the appropriate capabilities can be used and developed to address the said requirements. He/She is also expected to provide analysis and key business insights to the sales data available.

Key Responsibilities

• Chief data custodian of the CD Team.
• Responsible for generating regular CD reports and dashboards as identified by the CDLT to be used for regular business cycle monitoring and analysis.
• Responsible for developing new reports, whether ad hoc or new regular ones, as instructed by CDLT.
• Generate key business insights based on the analysis of the available CD data.
• Employ the appropriate data management, reporting and analysis tools to aid in the processing and utilization of CD data.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·    Extensive experience in data analytics

·    Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tool

·    Experience in sales data management

·    Data visualization skills

·    Competency on strategic insights driven storytelling

·    Proactive mindset

·    Passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives

Desired Qualifications

·    Good sales experience or a background in managing CBI in FMCG industry are an advantage

·    Stakeholder management competency
