Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

Customer Development Manager, Tesco Healthcare

This role will be responsible for the Healthcare category in Tesco and reports to a Senior Customer Development Manager.

At Kenvue, we embrace a hybrid working policy, requiring 2-3 days in the office. Our current office is located in High Wycombe, with plans to relocate to Reading in Q1 2026.  Please note that this role will move locations along with this office move.

What You Will Do 

Responsible for the Healthcare category on Tesco with direct P&L responsibility of more than £30m NTS. You will lead the day to to day relationship with your customer, execute with excellence and deliver a 3-year joint, partnership strategy with Tesco.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of specified business targets (Share, NTS, Investment, and GP) across 15 brands in the self-care category (e.g. Calpol, Benylin, Sudafed, Imodium etc).

  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with your customer and represent your customers’ requirements to the Kenvue business internally.

  • Collaborate with the wider cross functional commercial team to build and deliver a 3 year-joint partnership strategy with your customer.

  • Focus on delivering excellent executions across all channels (In-Store, Convenience & Online) to win more consumers every day.

  • Deliver the Tesco Buy, Move, Grow Plan and take a lead on challenging commercial negotiations.

  • Identify and progress incremental growth opportunities within your business which is a fast paced and progressive landscape.

  • Support business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently operating at CDM / NAM level, you have a strong commercial background with at least 3-4 years in the FMCG industry, with experience in managing market leading brands.

  • Excellent communicator & collaborator with a specific strength in building excellent working relationships both externally and internally.

  • Proven experience in managing complex and challenging commercial negotiations.

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of commercial levers.

  • Daring spirit mindset in which you are willing to challenge the status quo.

  • Take personal accountability for your own performance to drive collective success.

  • Confident IT user (especially Excel)
