Was Sie tun werden

As Digital Program Manager you will play a critical role in the execution of the Kenvue Operations digital strategy and portfolio. You will drive execution excellence across a large portfolio of complex, global, strategic data and digital initiatives, as well as hands-on project and program management of some of the operations digital and transformation programs.

In this role, you will act as the project or program manager across a number of strategic projects and will be responsible for day-to-day project and program management activities and E2E execution excellence.  You will also work closely with capability owners and product owners, as well as other stakeholders to oversee the delivery of value for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale supply chain digital transformation programs across all PM areas according to best practices.
  • Responsible in overseeing contractor PMs' projects through oversight, guidance, ensuring execution excellence.
  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Focus on Digital Capability alignment, cross-project dependencies, risk escalation, and interdependent stakeholder communication.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants, and system integrators. This includes experience managing agile teams, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams. Provides strategic guidance, resolves escalations, and aligns project priorities.
  • Drive overall execution excellence in all areas of project and programs management across the whole or subset of portfolio, including project planning, scope management, communications, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder management
  • Develop and roll out central PMO processes and ensure adherence and execution excellence across all processes
  • Develop a PMO capability maturity model and lead the team to advance according to the defined maturity roadmap for his/her area
  • Develop, measure, and improve core KPIs for project and program management, ensuring consistency, accuracy and improvements to facilitate data driven decision making and visibility for the leadership team
  • Prepare and provide regular updates to the leadership team on the execution excellence across the portfolio, as well as progress of programs and projects
  • Serve as a point of escalation and unblocking for risks and issues across the portfolio
  • Partner with other program managers, Capability Owners, and Product Owners to ensure execution excellence and resolve complex issues across portfolio
  • Proactively identify program and technical risks, generate mitigation plans, and facilitate the closure of risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Lead a team of program and project managers, holding full accountability for execution excellence in all relevant pillars
  • Create and espouse a high-performing team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported, and execution excellence is collectively achieved
  • Continuously raise the bar on team member performance, process excellence, program and portfolio management results and practices
  • Enhance program and project management and technical expertise, digital acumen, and leadership capabilities within the team.
  • Perform other PMO activities according to the needs and priorities of the team

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, digital, supply chain or a related field
  • At least 12-15 years of business experience, with at least 10 years of experience leading large-scale programs in data and digital
  • At least 6 years of experience in different areas of Supply Chain
  • At least 5 years of people management experience
  • Great understanding of supply chain business processes
  • At least one industry-recognized project / program management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe SA, etc.)
  • In-depth hands-on expertise in project and program management of large scale digital & data programs, preferably in supply chain
  • Experience in agile methodologies, digital product management, and procurement technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process automation, and procurement analytics.
  • Strong strategic mindset, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly in matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in influencing stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive and motivated professional with a strong willingness to think outside of the box.
  • Proven ability to drive change, challenge existing processes, and implement innovative solutions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters degree or PhD in a relevant field
  • In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and digital transformation concepts
  • Prior experience leading a diverse and geographically dispersed team
  • Strong CPG industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Experience working in a global, complex organization spanning multiple business functions.
