The End-to-End Project Manager based in Istanbul/Turkey is responsible for leading the successful delivery of New Product Innovation, Modifications of existing products and Portfolio lifecycle initiatives across the RAMET region (Russia, Africa, Middle East & Turkey). This role drives cross-functional alignment from project initiation through product launch and post-launch evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The role is part of RAMET Supply Chain team and serves as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams, providing governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio oversight. The Project Manager also ensures innovation and lifecycle activities are fully integrated into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to support business growth, operational readiness, and supply continuity.
Key responsibilities:
1. Project & Launch Management
Lead innovation and product deployment projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and in line with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of innovation and commercialization projects.
Ensure operational readiness across all functions and supply chain touchpoints prior to launch.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones and launch requirements.
Align commercial plans, demand forecasts, deployment schedules, production readiness, and factory submissions.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive continuous improvement of project execution and launch processes.
2. Governance, Reporting & IBP Integration
Establish robust governance and ensure projects are embedded within business planning processes.
Maintain project governance frameworks, stage-gate reviews, decision forums, and escalation processes.
Develop and manage project dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.
Ensure innovation and lifecycle initiatives are fully integrated into the IBP process, including demand, supply, inventory, and risk considerations.
Prepare and present project and portfolio updates during IBP and leadership reviews.
Monitor project health, resource requirements, and critical business decisions to support portfolio delivery and strategic priorities.
3. Product Lifecycle Management
Manage portfolio changes throughout the product lifecycle to support growth and operational efficiency.
Lead product introductions, reformulations, packaging changes, market extensions, SKU rationalization, and discontinuations.
Drive phase-in/phase-out activities and product transitions while minimizing supply disruption and inventory risk.
Ensure lifecycle changes are reflected in planning assumptions, forecasts, and execution plans.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve service levels.
4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
Drive alignment, accountability, and collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and EMEA project management teams.
Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial functions.
Facilitate decision-making, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership and governance forums.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and execution excellence.
What We Are Looking For
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management, or Commercialization.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects in FMCG environments.
Strong understanding of Stage-Gate methodologies, project governance, and product development processes.
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
2. Technical & Business Skills
Strong project, portfolio, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and project management platforms.
Experience with reporting, KPI management, dashboards, and executive communications.
3. Leadership & Collaboration
Strong leadership, proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Highly organized, proactive, resilient, and results oriented.
