Was Sie tun werden

What You Will Do 

The Finance Analyst - Costing position will primarily be responsible for inventory costing for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, promotional materials and samples. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to analyze cost drivers, explain variances, and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. This role also includes participation in business planning process of the assigned market or manufacturing site in the Asia Pacific region.

This position reports to the Senior Finance Analyst APSC Costing and is based at BGC, Taguig, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day product costing activities and support ad hoc costing requests.
• Prepare cost estimates for project purposes (e.g., new product introductions or process improvements) to support planning and decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of costing data within ERP system.
• Assist the team during business planning activities, ensuring product costing is completed in accordance with regional guidelines and required timelines.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities related to costing.
• Assist in the preparation of requirements for external & internal audits.
• Liaise with business partners to resolve/ follow up any issues related to costing.
• Resolve queries raised by business partners on an ad hoc basis.
• Participate in all process improvement projects.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 2 years accounting experience in a manufacturing (food or non-food), audit or financial shared services firm preferred
• Strong team working and relationship building skills
• Exhibit a high level of autonomy as demonstrated via independent decision-making, prioritizing own workload and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily operations and interfacing with internal and external customers
• Ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information and compose written material for business purposes in English
• Experience in using ERP systems required; SAP applications preferred
• Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) also required
