Finance Master Data Jr. Analyst (LATAM)

This position reports to the Finance Master Data Lead and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do 

The Analyst Finance Master Data is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial master data (GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Exchange Rates) in alignment with Global DTP and standards.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of data through regular reviews and approvals.
• Identify and resolve data errors proactively; escalate issues as needed.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and access.
• Monitor and manage system access for the LATAM team, identifying and addressing gaps.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for all processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the LATAM scope.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure smooth data operations and compliance.

What we are looking for

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in Finance Master Data or ATR functions.
• Experience in a shared services or multinational environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese/Spanish.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of finance principles and master data processes.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
