We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Deliver Performance & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing global delivery performance through advanced data analytics and strategic insights. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics, financial acumen, and technical proficiency to drive operational improvements. The candidate will collaborate with global teams to implement best practices, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Monitor and improve delivery KPIs across regions—on-time delivery, cost efficiency, service levels, etc.
- Consolidate regional data into global reports.
- Spend management - including tracking for CAPEX, OPEX, & CIP.
Analytics & Insights:
- Use advanced analytics to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements in global delivery operations.
- Identify cost drivers and cost optimisation opportunities

Strategic Planning:
- Identify cost drivers and cost optimisation opportunities
Process Optimization:
- Lead initiatives to streamline logistics workflows, reduce waste, and enhance speed and reliability.
Technology Integration:
- Partner with IT and operations teams to implement digital tools (e.g., dashboards, automation, predictive analytics) that support faster data collection and smarter decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with regional teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure consistent execution and feedback loops.
What we are looking for
Logistics Expertise:
- Deep understanding of order fulfilment and distribution processes, including Order-to-cash, Warehousing, International, and last-mile logistics.
- Knowledge of distribution/3PL performance metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery lead times.
Analytical & Data Skills:
- Advanced data analysis: Ability to interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- KPI development & tracking: Design and monitor performance metrics across global delivery operations.
- Data visualization: Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to present insights clearly.
Other Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong grasp of cost structures across order to cash. transportation and delivery operations.
- Ability to analyze distribution spend, budget variances, and cost-to-serve models.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
