Was Sie tun werden

The Head of National Key Account - Health & Beauty and Hyper/Supermarket is responsible for overseeing the development and servicing of national/key accounts to achieve business sales objectives. You will report results against forecasts, establish incentive plan parameters, and manage departmental budgets to ensure objectives are met:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth for Health & Beauty and Hyper/Supermarket national key accounts
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility and market share
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion within the Health & Beauty and Hyper/Supermarket sectors
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to negotiate mutual beneficial terms and secure long-term partnerships
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities for the business
  • Lead the development and servicing of national/key accounts to achieve business sales objectives in the Health & Beauty and Hyper/Supermarket sectors
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and enhance the sales process
  • Analyze and report results against forecasts to senior management, making necessary adjustments to business plans to ensure objectives are met
  • Set and approve incentive plan parameters, goals, ad hoc plans, and contests to drive sales performance
  • Manage and oversee departmental budget effectively to optimize resources and drive profitability
  • Monitor department progress closely and take corrective action when necessary to drive performance
  • Present periodic sales reports to management with proposed plan changes for continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and coaching to your respective team for professional development and high performance

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in key account management within the Health & Beauty and Hyper/Supermarket industry
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong experience in customer interfaces, such as sales or sales management
  • Proven track record of success in enabling business growth, strategy development, and innovation
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market insights

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership in coaching and mentoring teams for high performance and developing a pipeline of high performers
  • Deep knowledge of consumer sector sales, trade marketing, and marketing research
  • Ability to influence decision-making at top levels within and across organizations
  • Effective leadership through ambiguity, conflict, and complexity
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
