Was Sie tun werden

This role will lead the customer & trade marketing function for Kenvue Vietnam across all general & modern trade channels. The person will be part of sales leadership team and will work closely with channel heads, business operations team, finance & marketing to develop the holistic go to market, promotion & retail environment strategy. The role will report into the Country Head of Kenvue Vietnam.

A. Develop 5P strategies across retail environments (REs), annual and quarterly plans based on

Category and Brand Strategies Robust RE, shopper Customer insights.

B. Ensure profitability goals are met by optimizing overall investments

C. Build customer loyalty program & activation for key spike customers

What will you do 

  • Build Go to market roadmap for GT & MT (Hyper, supers, MTI Traditional pharmacy, Wholesale & grocers) X brand priorities for Vietnam
  • Deliver Consumer NTS, GDS, Market share, dsitribution & CIW target
  • Shape organization’s understanding of Channels shoppers across All Franchises (Baby, Skin, Oral) and strengthen customer & shopper marketing fundamentals on business
  • Define Where-to-Play (Right stores by channel) and How-to-Win choices (Visibility, Assortment, Distribution, Trade terms)
  • Develop Quarterly Activity and Promotion activity grid across Res
  • Work with channel heads and internal business plan head to develop rolling 3 to 12 month business forecast
  • Develop comprehensive BTL, promotion & activation plan across RE to deliver the business plan
  • Craft out strategy for having clear roles of product portfolios X RE
  • Outside in thinking: Understand key competitor activity Across RE and track competition performance share to mine insight & opportunities Deliver Indirect Channels RE business sales target
  • Measure promotion effectiveness to deploy promotion which have best ROI
  • Input in the Innovation process and develop Go to Market strategy for organization and New Product
  • Develop 5P’s communication tools to sales Team to execute the plans
  • Hold the CIW spends for the organisation and provide monthly updates and insights for effective deployment of investment
  • Measure promotion effectiveness to deploy promotion which have best ROI

What we are looking for

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor degree in business or a related field, with a strong understanding of FMCG business operations. MBA is a plus

Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in FMCG with prior experience of minimum 4-5 years in trade marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience with managing trade spends and budget management
  • Proven ability to:
  • Coach and develop direct reports (e.g., Channel Trade Marketing Managers).
  • Collaborate effectively across functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply 
  • Chain).
  • Align teams with a “One Team” mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess shopper behavior, channel performance, and promotional effectiveness.
