Performs analysis of the HRIS system including data integrity monitoring and administration. Analyzes human resources data in HRIS. Writes reports and procedures needed by management and/or HR team. Monitors ongoing maintenance of HRIS applications including needs analysis, and implementation. Recommends, tests, implements plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to various systems. Responds ad hoc queries and prepares for special reports of HRIS system. Provides technical, operations, and training support to users of HRIS. Updates complex files on HRIS systems including corrects files on HRIS System and updates tables.
This position will be based out of our São José dos Campos facility and requires a minimum of 2 - 3 days working at the office.
Responsibilities
• Elaborate Offboarding activities for employees in LATAM countries.
• Collaborate with additional areas such as Payroll, benefits to process offboarding activities
• Handle Apprentice processes including reports, vendor management and Payment support.
• Create new employee records and enter individual data into the (enterprise resource planning) system.
• Process work schedule changes, promotions, personal data changes, and other informational updates to employee records.
• Assure appropriate approvals and accuracy/completeness of data.
• Manage and monitor daily interfaces to ensure they have run successfully and according to requirements. Review, research, and correct errors if possible, and work with internal IT or external third-party providers if necessary.
• Handle more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests and assume ownership of transferred/escalated issues from Coordinators, following established processes.
• Ensure all companies, federal, state, local, and other applicable compliance requirements are met.
• May provide guidance to Coordinators, review work, or approve transactions.
• Provide support for local documentation management
• Review and update of HR services documentation.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree completed
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Previous experience in HR processing (Offboarding and employee data management).
Demonstrate understanding of HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to excel in a team-based environment, demonstrating customer service and teamwork.
Experience with Apprentices activities (E.g Quota)
Desired Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish
Experience in a shared services center environment preferred.
Experience with Service Now and workday.
