Role reports to: Global Regulatory Operations and Decision Intelligence Leader

Location: Sao Paulo

What you will do

The Intelligence & Compliance Analyst is responsible for designing new Apps, workflows automation using power platform, preparing detailed reports and Dashboards, and reviewing regulatory data impacts on corporate level. You will serve as an internal consultant on automation to streamline process, interact with regulatory teams across the globe, and provide guidance and training on internal solutions designed by our team to the whole company stakeholders:
 

Key Responsibilities

· Leverage advanced data analytics and predictive models to proactively identify compliance risks, intelligence gaps, and potential breaches within dynamic regulatory environments.

· Design, implement, and continuously improve innovative monitoring frameworks that integrate emerging technologies and adaptive strategies to enhance compliance oversight.

· Craft intelligence reports that translate complex regulatory data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

· Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance regulatory data/decision dashboards using Power Platform tools

· Develop, deliver, and distribute training sessions, guidance materials, and communication packages for project teams and stakeholders on current and upcoming automated tools and departmental policies.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

· Professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related analytical role.

· Strong knowledge of Power Platform frameworks applicable to organizational operations.

· Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams.

· Analytical skills to interpret corporate processes and assess their impact on business processes.

· Ability to organize and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Desired Qualifications

· Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, strategic intelligence outputs using modern analytical tools.

· Proven ability to prepare detailed compliance reports.

· Experience in developing training materials and delivering compliance-related guidance.

· Strong proficiency in processes automation and a demonstrated capacity to innovate within compliance protocols.

· Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a flair for anticipating and mitigating risks.

· Effective communication skills to articulate complex intelligence findings to diverse stakeholders and influence compliance strategies.
