What You Will Do

As an Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst, you will support daily operations within the I2C team, ensuring adherence to key compliance and performance standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Cash Application

  • Accurately post customer payments and allocate cash in ERP systems.

  • Manage payment rejections and initiate customer refunds based on reconciliation outcomes.

  • Engage with customers to obtain missing remittance details.

  • Post and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) activity to the general ledger.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate periodic reports on cash application metrics and performance.

  • Support analytics initiatives aimed at process optimization and operational efficiency.

  • Provide insights into cash application and deduction trends.

  • Build and maintain customer-specific macros and dashboards.

  • Leverage tools such as Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization.

Collections

  • Proactively manage assigned accounts through the invoice-to-cash cycle, including collections, credit line administration, and billing dispute resolution.

  • Drive desired customer payment behavior to maximize cash flow.

  • Review opportunities to improve the collection process using automation.

Rebates & Deductions Support

Data Entry & Validation

  • Create payment requests and perform daily entries in ERP systems.

  • Ensure daily processing targets are met with accuracy and timeliness.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably with demonstrable expertise across Cash Applications and/or Collections Management.

  • Experience working in shared services or a global business services environment.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work individually and in a team-oriented environment.

  • A can-do attitude and ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, or CMA (or working towards them) would be an advantage but not required.

  • Knowledge of automation tools and technology used in financial operations.
