What you will do
The Manager, Enterprise Finance Data & Analytics Products is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement and maintenance of information management systems, managing project design and delivery, and driving technology initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will monitor performance metrics, collaborate with vendors, and provide regular updates to leadership and business partners:
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and develop your team: Build and evolve a team of data engineers and technical operations specialists responsible for developing data & analytics solutions for the Kenvue enterprise.
· Execute strategic development roadmaps: Oversee the delivery of scalable, reliable build outcomes that fulfill business needs across team stakeholders and enable business value.
· Partner with Finance Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with Finance function stakeholders on month-end close processes, data validation, and incident investigation. Manage your team's support for financial audits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis.
· Drive operational efficiencies: Coordinate cross-functional projects to identify and implement operational improvements that support stakeholders' ability to run more efficiently and effectively. Champion process improvement initiatives that quality, agility and reliability of operational systems.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between data scientists, engineers, business leaders, suppliers, and vendors to co-create impactful analytics products and assess software, hardware, and services that align with enterprise data and analytics business objectives.
· Foster knowledge sharing and growth: Facilitate internal knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities. Create a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within your team.
· Scale operations globally: Ensure seamless collaboration between various geographical location-based team members. Build processes and systems that scale with Kenvue's growth while maintaining operational excellence.
· Mentoring & Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team, encouraging creative problem-solving and professional growth within the analytics domain.
· Portfolio Planning & Management: Contribute actively to business planning and strategy development related to data and analytics data product management.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
· 9 to 12 years of progressive experience managing enterprise data, analytics product lifecycles preferably leveraging one or more of Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or any other enterprise analytics platform within a complex enterprise environment.
· Proven expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of data analytics products leveraging cloud platforms.
· Strong knowledge of information management systems, network operations, and telecommunications.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across business and technical teams.
Desired Qualifications
· Exceptional ability to blend technical expertise with strategic vision to create analytics products that transform business outcomes.
· Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex data challenges and product development cycles.
· Proficiency in modern data architectures, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML to drive product innovation.
· Understanding of implementing MLOPs framework and understanding of data security implementations across Data Products or AI/ML models.
· Good working knowledge of Agile principles and processes is preferred
· Excellent team and stakeholder communication capability and escalation management skills
· Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
· Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established policies.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze IT performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, negotiation, and procurement of technology products and services.
· A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in enterprise analytics solutions.
