Was Sie tun werden

As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a Finance Partner to the Brand Teams, driving financial planning, performance analysis and governance around the Brand P&L.  The role plays an important part in ensuring the health of the Brand P&L while ensuring strong financial discipline through data-driven insights.  You will also be closely collaborating with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the Brands
• Monitor Brand performance against plan and provide structured variance analysis and insights
• Evaluate investment effectiveness through ROI analysis, performance tracking, and benchmarking.
• Conduct market research and analysis and price benchmarking.
• Play a key part in benchmarking and enhancing processes by eliminating non-value-added activities, improving efficiency and using tools and data to create value.
• Key Stakeholders:
• Cross-organizational teams: Collaborate closely with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Regional Finance Team and India Supply Chain Finance Team: Collaborate closely to build data necessary for financial analysis and also proved financial data, analysis and forecasts as required.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field; MBA or CA preferred
• 7-10 years of total experience in Business Finance/ Commercial Finance/ FP&A
• FMCG or consumer goods companies with exposure to marketing or category finance

Ideal skills:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to solve real world problems.
• Proficiency with latest Tech/Automation Tools in finance, dashboard building and analytical tools.
• Ownership mindset, self-starter and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
