Job Duties: Oversee production operations and manage production personnel to maximize quality and output on high speed packaging lines and manufacturing platforms. Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls. Supervise production operation to meet production goals. Establish personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs. Provide input to production flow and identify potential manufacturing issues. Track production orders and schedules. Compile and submit data for production and operating reports. Train staff in the areas of safety and quality. Review work to ensure compliance with the standards. Schedule or perform training for all employees. Recommend changes to standard operational and working practices. Provide input to operational budget. Manage costs to improve business financial results. Administer equipment maintenance and repair. Maintain records and notify management of reoccurring issues that may require equipment replacement.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Packaging or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manufacturing Team Leader-related occupation.
