Was Sie tun werden

The Market Operations Lead provides end-to-end leadership for the in-market supply chain, including planning and warehousing & distribution (W&D), for the Malaysia and Singapore businesses within Kenvue Asia Pacific. The role partners closely with Commercial and market leadership stakeholders to drive demand planning, integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP), trade customization, deployment planning, warehousing, distribution, and customer service—executing the market Operations strategy aligned to the 3-year operating plan (3YOP). This position is accountable for delivering service, growth enablement, and financial outcomes including gross profit, income before tax, and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a strong IBP / S&OP process for the market in partnership with the Commercial team.

  • Drive adherence to Operations guardrails and governance routines to support Product Portfolio Management (PPM) choices and customer segmentation.

  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service (OTIF-D), forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), customer experience, and W&D performance—delivering service, productivity, and cost targets.

  • Lead inventory management for events and trade customization, partnering with Regional Planning and Make & Deliver teams.

  • Lead finished goods warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Partner with the end-to-end team to improve warehouse productivity and deliver cost improvement initiatives for the local market.

  • Manage performance of 3rd-party logistics providers, ensuring service delivery and operational compliance in partnership with Finance, Regional Deliver, and Trade Compliance teams.

  • Partner with Commercial and cross-functional teams on end-to-end initiatives (e.g., portfolio simplification, complexity reduction, and value creation).

  • Ensure on-time downstream supply chain readiness for new product innovations, working with Regional and local cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the people agenda to strengthen the talent pipeline and build critical future capabilities; role model Kenvue Values and Behaviors.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience, covering demand and supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and W&D operations, including people leadership and cross-functional partnering. Experience across Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance is an advantage, as is experience working with diverse teams and cultures.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/master’s degree with specialization in supply chain/operations is preferred.

  • Strong business acumen with end-to-end supply chain understanding.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and advanced planning tools.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach.

  • Experience with digital tools and process excellence across planning and W&D operations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

  • Proven people leadership and coaching experience; able to operate effectively within a matrixed organization.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Travel requirement: up to 25% travel to Singapore and up to 25% within the market to cover customers, trade, and DC responsibilities.
