Was Sie tun werden

We are seeking a high-performing National Account Manager to lead a defined portfolio of categories within Sigma Healthcare Retail (Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Store), one of Kenvue’s most strategically significant retail partners. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and peer NAMs as part of the dedicated Sigma Healthcare team, while owning the full commercial performance, forecasting, P&L management, and executional delivery for your portfolio of categories.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager – Sigma Healthcare Retail (Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Store), you will play a critical role in delivering customer strategy, driving category growth, and ensuring flawless execution in a fast-paced, highly dynamic retail environment. This role requires strong commercial acumen, resilience, a growth mindset, and the ability to self-solve with pace and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Category Ownership & Strategic Execution

  • Own the strategy, performance, and commercial delivery for your portfolio of categories within Sigma Healthcare (Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Store).

  • Develop insight-led joint business plans (JBPs) aligned to the total-customer strategy set by the Business Manager.

  • Apply an outside-in focus to ensure all plans are grounded in customer and shopper needs.

  • Flawlessly execute category plans in a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment — ensuring promotional plans, activations, innovation launches, and in-store initiatives are delivered with precision.

  • Adapt quickly to change, adjusting plans with agility to protect performance and capture new opportunities.

Category-Level P&L Management

  • Own the full P&L for your assigned categories, including revenue, margin, mix, trade spend, and ROI.

  • Apply an owner mindset to identify commercial opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimise profitability.

  • Ensure category performance ladders up to the broader Sigma Healthcare total-customer objectives overseen by the Business Manager.

Forecasting, Demand Planning & Supply Excellence

  • Lead highly accurate forecasting, using insights, promotional uplift models, trend analysis, and risk/opportunity assessment.

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain to maintain strong availability, minimise out-of-stocks, and support flawless execution of new product launches.

  • Escalate risks early and propose clear, commercially sound solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong, influential relationships with Sigma Healthcare buying, planning, and marketing teams.

  • Negotiate effectively to drive mutual value and sustainable category growth.

  • Support and contribute to customer meetings alongside the Business Manager and peer NAMs.

Category Leadership & Insights

  • Lead annual category reviews, bringing forward data-driven insights, innovation opportunities, and growth pathways.

  • Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.

  • Strengthen Kenvue’s leadership position in everyday care categories.

Trade Spend, Promotions & ROI

  • Own and optimise the trade investment budget for your categories, ensuring disciplined spend and strong ROI.

  • Conduct post-event analysis to embed continuous improvement in promotional effectiveness.

  • Ensure trade spend decisions align with the value of Trust with Science through evidence-based choices.

Internal Leadership, Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide clear, timely reporting to the Business Manager, including performance insights, forecasts, risks, and commercial recommendations.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply, Finance, and Leadership teams to support executional excellence.

  • Model Kenvue behaviours in all interactions — demonstrating resilience, a growth mindset, daring spirit, and strong self-solving capability.

What we are looking for

  • Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership at category or customer level.

  • Advanced forecasting, analytical, and financial modelling capability.

  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills and stakeholder management.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented — thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and high performance.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, forecasting systems, and commercial reporting.
