The overall purpose of the job:

This position involves applying intermediate Quality Engineering and Scientific Method techniques and principles to daily tasks and activities. Additionally, it requires applying relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices to assignments. The role includes planning and conducting projects and assignments with technical responsibility or strategic input. The candidate will receive intermittent, moderately detailed instructions from technical Quality leaders at various levels, as well as from other stakeholders.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in applying various tools and methods (for example, Six Sigma, Lean) to identify and realize new product or process introductions as well as process and business improvements for manufacturing.
  • Contributes to root cause investigations using various problem-solving techniques and tools, and assesses effectiveness of corrective actions for manufacturing.
  • Conducts, and supports the development of, test methods in equipment, process, and product qualifications/validations for manufacturing.
  • Ensures that process Quality control plans are in accordance with product risk level and are consistently followed for manufacturing.
  • Implements, and/or maintains, production and process controls using appropriate techniques (for example, process capability measures, statistical process controls, process performance metrics) Liquid/ Listerine manufacturing.
  • Participates in technical reviews and validation as appropriate for all technologies As of a SME.
  • Supports execution of strategic vision or plan by collaborating with other quality leaders to identify required quality engineering skills and competencies. 

What we are looking for

Essential knowledge and skills:

Education:                                  

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related technical/scientific field
  • Begin knowledge of Quality Engineering/Scientific methods and techniques.
  • Fundamental technical understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes. 
  • 2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance environment of any health care, pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
  • Production and Processing Systems
  • Qualification and Validation

  • Quality Statistics, Data Analysis and Tools
  • Product Control and Disposition
  • Product Development Support
  • Predictive Analytics / Reliability
