What will you do 

• Lead and manage NPD/NPI/LCM project portfolio for all business units

• Play as site core team member in NPD/NPI/LCM and liaison extended team for all business units.

• Support - Site portfolio management and governance (Project Management Office) for all business units

• Response to feasibility scope and coordinate with PPM & EM lead for NPD/NPI/LCM for all business units

• Support Make Excellence Lead for site development.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• CAPEX and CIP Phasing monthly per committed Target

• Smart Operation Initiatives executed per timeline

• Complete Business Plan activities and Business Case development on time

• Complete urgent tasks within limited time

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Good communication in English is a must

• Experience in manufacturing business process (FMCG is preferred)

• Basic Finance and Business Acumen is preferred Knowledge & Skills:

• Business Awareness

• Quick Thinking/Learning

• Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solving

• Researching and Investigating

• Flexibility and Adaptability
