What will you do  
The Procurement Strategy & Execution Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting North America Regional alignment and excellence, helping to shape and roll-out Procurement Strategy to be in line with the regional operating model, Financial planning actions, performance management governance and reporting, stakeholder engagement, regional Execution of initiatives and change management. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to drive operational efficiency. The role will apply standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools within the North America regional Procurement team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the Regional Direct & Indirect annual business planning process in alignment with procurement finance.
• Contribute to the implementation of regional payment term improvements across categories.
• Participate in driving improvement programs for key metrices (KPI) for the region, including stakeholder alignment, planning and tracking.
• Analyze, track and communicate regional performance, processes and execution ensuring data quality, timely reporting, and clear performance insights for stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of regional Strategic Initiatives, Direct and Indirect category Procurement Initiatives.
• Collaborate with the digital procurement team to enable data, analytics & tools to enhance regional reporting, efficiency, and performance tracking
• Provide training and ongoing support to procurement teams on new & existing tools and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within regional procurement operations.
• Assist in change management efforts related to digital transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process
• Actively manage and align key stakeholders across Direct, Indirect, Logistics, Supply Chain, commercial and Digital teams to ensure shared priorities, clear ownership, and timely issue resolution

What we are looking for:

 
Required Qualifications 

• A Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related field, preferably complemented by an MBA or another master’s qualification.
• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within Procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI, PowerApps, SQL would be an added advantage.
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry preferred
• PMP Certification or Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $XXX to $YYY. This considers a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
