This role is responsible for managing the introduction of new Selfcare /OTC products imported from Europe into the China market, as well as overseeing lifecycle management (LCM) projects. The position also covers regulatory change control (GCC) management and cross-functional project coordination for CHP 2025 compliance for RPM, to ensure timely and compliant product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead and manage EMEA, new product introduction projects for Self-Care products imported into China.
• Drive lifecycle management initiatives, including formulation, process, raw material, and packaging updates.
• Oversee and coordinate regulatory and change control (GCC) activities, ensuring compliance with Chinese regulatory and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with internal (EMEA and APAC Kenvue team) and external stakeholders (manufacturers, supplier etc.) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct scenario planning and analysis to evaluate risks, propose solutions, and optimize decision-making.
• Provide financial awareness in project planning, ensuring cost considerations are integrated into project strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with Chinese regulations and company policies throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

 
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven knowledge of Chinese regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical/Self-care products.
• 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing supported by working knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to coordinate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Skilled in scenario planning, creative problem solving, and analysis of complex issues.
• Preferred financial and cost awareness, with the ability to integrate commercial considerations into technical and regulatory decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Mandarin would be nice to have but not essential
