Was Sie tun werden

Kenvue is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within manufacturing operations. The role has a strong focus on technical feasibility assessments, project scoping, and implementation support.

Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, the Project Manager will help ensure projects are executed efficiently, aligned to business objectives, and delivered on time and within budget, while adhering to PMO standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
 

Project Execution

  • Lead and deliver the successful implementation of projects including, but not limited to: supplier and material changes, compliance and regulatory updates, new product introductions, and technology transfers.
  • Support resource planning, dependency management, and timeline control to ensure effective execution.

Project Feasibility & Scoping

  • Provide technical input, recommendations, and business cases for manufacturing and technical improvement projects.
  • Act as the focal point for technical expertise during project due diligence and approval, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key results.
     

Project Coordination & PMO Support

  • Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities from initiation through close-out.
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, milestones, and progress against targets.
  • Ensure projects are executed in line with PMO governance, standards, and methodologies.
     

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial control under the guidance of senior managers.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation, forecasts, and reporting for assigned projects.
     

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Coordinate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items to closure.
     

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in project or program management roles.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of GMP requirements and regulatory frameworks (e.g. Eudralex, PIC/S, FDA 21 CFR).
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and global teams.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish (advantageous).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (advantageous).
