Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager. This role reports to the Head of Sales Operation & Capability Development within the Customer Development (Sales) organization and is based at our Jakarta Head Office .

What You Will Do
Role Summary:
The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring efficient sales operations by managing ordering, invoicing, accounts receivable, customer claims, returns, documentation, and operational reporting. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and customers to optimize cash flow, ensure compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support business performance through continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation and delivery.
- Drive accounts receivable (AR) collection activities and monitor DSO performance to improve cash flow.
- Handle customer claims, payment discrepancies, and returns while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Channel teams to ensure smooth billing, claim, and promotional processes.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports on invoicing, collections, claims, returns, and DSO performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements for sales operations activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure records are organized, secure, and audit-ready.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish, monitor, and review OKRs for contingent workers, providing regular performance tracking, coaching, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through automation, digitalization, and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Accounting, Finance,or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a related function.
- Strong understanding Order to Cash (O2C) works flow and administration, including customer claims and return.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Experience in sales operations and technology-enabled solutions
- Process improvement and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
