The Senior Manager, Learning Digital Experience Product Owner will assume design responsibility and enabling the portfolio of global HR functional platforms across the Global Digital HR ecosystem, primarily Kenvue’s Learning Management System. The HR Digital Experience Product Owner is responsible for the digital strategy and product design of Kenvue’s Learning Management System (LMS): SAP SuccessFactors and Learning Experience Platform (LXP): Degreed. This role will enable the Learning digital portfolio in alignment to Kevnue’s Learning strategy and will connect to the global HR functional platforms across the Global Digital HR ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Enable the system strategies aligned with leadership priorities, establish the portfolio roadmap, and serve as the subject matter expert for LMS/LXP and other applicable systems
Lead a team to ensure that investments within the HR Digital Experience area are successful throughout the evaluation, implementation and steady state
Drive business requirements for innovative HR enabling technology solutions that will continuously improve the employee experience, reduce the cost to serve, and increase efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery
Exemplify and foster a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement by maximizing the use of key features, expansion of automation and a focus on self-service
Align functional and technical LMS/LXP product roadmaps with business and digital strategies, such as Workday, Talent systems, etc
Assess industry trends on core HR system trends to inform and provide insights to continuously improve the HR Digital Roadmap
Collaborate with the HR COE, Learning Councils and Global Process Owners, IT, Finance and the HR delivery teams in the enablement and adoption of solutions across the HR domain
Responsible for enabling HR Digital Experience in support of People Function strategies across the Enterprise, with empathy and perspective of employees and people managers across the globe as well as service center and enabling teams
Ensure consistent delivery of support services and processes effectively, efficiently, and meeting customer experience standards
Drive continuous improvement solutions supported by employee insights (ie. automation)
Partner with HR leaders and communications on the employee value proposition that is supported and enabled by HR digital experience/solutions.
Translate core HR systems application strategies and visions into actionable and measurable operational plans to increase the effectiveness of services while improving the customer and HR user experience
Portfolio management of business solutions investments ensuring project and steady state costs/resources are available
Serve as a role model for high-quality customer service; ensuring that the needs and expectations of all customers are consistently met or exceeded
Partner with IT and ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacy
Establishes Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where appropriate
Support application reporting and analytics including the delivery of dashboards
Responsible for the overall maintenance and quality of programs and activities; accountable to ensure that the key performance indicators for the application are established, measured, and reported efficiently and effectively
Track KPIs such as adoption rates, completion rates, and learner satisfaction.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP); Highly Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors and Degreed
- Ability to develop HR strategies and solutions in order to execute and ensure the availability of resources and best quality service on a global scale
- SaaS implementation and maintenance experience
- Strong leadership skills; operates as a global leader, adept at understanding and appreciating regional differences
- Experience managing external vendors, internal relationships, coaching, and collaboration skills, with leaders at all levels and key stakeholders
- Budget management with an understanding of complex organizational factors in development HR solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 10% both domestically and/or internationally
Desired Qualifications
- Program or Project Management Experience
- Concentration in HR Application Management, HR Information Systems, HR Infrastructure, and/or HR Technology Business
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP); Highly Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors and Degreed
- Experience using Workday, Cornerstone, Taleo, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors and/or Degreed
- Experience working in a global environment
- Experience in strategy development in People or Human Resource function
- Experience in data analytics, insights gathering and reporting
- Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and learning content standards.
