The Senior Manager, Skin Health HCP Upstream is responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing efforts within the Healthcare Professional (HCP) channel by leading market analysis, managing key partnerships, and driving strategic marketing initiatives. You will oversee research, develop forecasts and recommendations, and support brand development to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies:
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives and develop comprehensive marketing plans to elevate healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and support portfolio growth and new product launches through innovative upstream and data-driven approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, anticipate trends, and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts.
Cultivate strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, external agencies, and suppliers to co-create impactful educational content, product concepts, and market research initiatives.
Drive the integration and effective implementation of cutting-edge digital tools, analytics, eBusiness strategies, promotional media, forecasting, and business plans to enhance HCP outreach, brand positioning, and business performance.
Plan, execute, and monitor market research studies, analyze complex market access data and feasibility studies to support pricing, positioning, and global branding strategies.
Mentor and develop emerging talent within the team to foster a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, and strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
8-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, market research, or portfolio management within a related industry.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to translate complex healthcare insights into compelling strategies that resonate with HCP audiences.
Proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics and digital platforms to shape innovative marketing solutions.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting market data, competitive intelligence, and feasibility research.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms for forecasting, pricing, and business planning.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving collaborative projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and build lasting professional relationships.
