Was Sie tun werden

Fixed Term Contract of 6 months

As a Shopper Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Category, and Brand teams, alongside external agency partners, to develop and deliver integrated shopper activation plans. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, project management, and execution of initiatives across the path to purchase, including point-of-sale materials, retail media campaigns, and customer and industry conferences, ensuring best-in-class activation that drives shopper engagement and commercial results. 

Key Responsibility Areas 

  • Execute the Kenvue Shopper Strategy and develop specific Brand x Channel x Customer Shopper Strategies.
  • Ensure plans adhere to Brand and Shopper Playbooks and deliver to the principle of Science of Brand Growth.
  • Develop, together with the Strategic Shopper Activation Manager, Insights Team, Sales, Category and Marketing, specific shopper engagement opportunities through understanding of shopper missions & profiles. 
  • Support, together with the Strategic Shopper Activation Manager the development of Shopper Outputs needed within IMC briefs.
  • Lead and execute Retail Media Plans together Sales and brand to deliver maximum impact.
  • Identify opportunities for competitive advantage and/or areas of risk to our brands through rigorous monitoring and assessment at all shopper touch-points.  As well as assessing the activities of our competitors.  
  • Support the Shopper, Sales, Brand and HCP teams execute conferences.  
  • Forecasting and timely production of all brand assets including retailer online, catalogues, point of sale items, permanent stands and retailer merchandising units.
  • Work to KPI’s for shopper engagement programs & track performance/ROI in partnership with CBI 
  • Work within the fixed marketing budget and ensure that monthly tracking and reporting for is completed in a timely manner.
  • The Strategic Shopper Activation Manager (your Line Manager), the Self Care BU team, sales, operations and our global marketing teams to constantly redevelop and assess the shopper platforms that drive our brands in context of the category visions and growth drivers, whilst also executing the vision. 
  • You will be an integral part of developing the Brand Shopper Playbooks and ensure best practice is embedded into Pacific Personal Care plans as well executing timely production and delivery of physical elements, working across design and production agencies. 
  • Partner with field team to ensure required POS is created, delivered & stored for customer executions 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor Business and Marketing preferable  
  • Relevant experience (2+ years) in Shopper Marketing, Commercial and/or Brand Management 
  • Experience in activations and shopper campaigns within Key Accounts 
  • Previous experience managing projects as well as experience working with creative agencies and / or production agencies 
  • Detailed understanding of consumer, shopper and customer needs/dynamics 
  • Previous experience managing budgets and relevant monthly processes
