Location: Summit, NJ  

Travel %: up to 10% 

  

What you will do 

 

The Sr. Director, Finance Digital Products is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation and data product innovation across Kenvue’s Finance organization. In this role, you will serve as a critical interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data and digital solutions are aligned with enterprise goals and deliver measurable value. You will lead and grow a strong team of digital product owners and business analysts who will define and deliver digital capability roadmaps to unlock growth, efficiency, and improvements in employee, customer, and consumer experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Engagement & Strategic Leadership 

  • Forge strong partnerships with Finance stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor to identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact digital and data opportunities. 

  • Translate complex Finance requirements into actionable digital initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory needs, and long-term financial goals. 

  • Craft and execute the vision for finance data and digital products, collaborating with Tech & Data and business leaders to advance automation, analytics, and innovation. 

Product Development & Delivery 

  • Design and oversee strategic roadmaps for finance analytics and digital products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational excellence. 

  • Define product modules and features that address core Finance needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and seamless integration into Finance processes. 

  • Champion the adoption of advanced tools for forecasting, scenario modelling, and decision support, empowering Finance teams with predictive analytics. 

Data Products & Governance 

  • Lead the design and deployment of reusable data assets, ensuring best practices in data quality, governance, and lifecycle management for reliable and effective analytics. 

  • Drive adoption and ongoing enhancement of data products through regional and functional partnerships, providing necessary training and support to maximize value. 

Leadership & Operational Excellence 

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital product owners and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

  • Oversee governance frameworks for the product lifecycle, manage cross-functional initiatives, and keep Finance operations at the forefront of digital transformation through ongoing evaluation of industry and technology trends. 

 

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications 

  • University / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 

  • Minimum of 15 years of business experience 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and digital transformation (e.g., data analytics, digital product development, etc.) 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the Finance domain of a large enterprise 

  • Strong digital acumen, with deep knowledge of industry trends and digital, data, and technological advancements 

  • Ability to drive innovation and strategic vision for product portfolio 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels 

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams 

  • Proven track record of leading diverse technical staff to successful product launches 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results 

  • Demonstrated experience applying Design Thinking principles (e.g., user empathy, iterative prototyping) to deliver impactful solutions 

  

Desired Qualifications 

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree and/or PhD in a relevant field is strongly preferred 

  • Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSPO, etc.) is preferred 

  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack is preferred
