Was Sie tun werden

Role Summary:

The S&OE Process Leader for APAC is responsible for driving short-term sales and operation execution process excellence across the region. This role ensures alignment between sales, demand, supply, deliver and inventory plans on a weekly and daily basis, enabling agile responses to dynamic market conditions. The leader will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve constraints, optimize service levels, and support business continuity across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the Regional S&OE Process:
Own and continuously improve the weekly S&OE cadence across APAC, ensuring timely decision-making and alignment between commercial, supply, and logistics teams.

·       Short-Term Demand & Supply Alignment:
Monitor and reconcile near-term demand signals with supply capabilities, identifying and resolving gaps to ensure customer service targets are met.

·       Exception Management:
Proactively identify risks and deviations in supply chain execution (e.g., supply delays, demand surges, inventory shortages, inventory allocations) and lead cross-functional resolution.

·       Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with country supply chain teams, regional planning, commercial, and manufacturing teams to ensure transparency and responsiveness in execution.

·       Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track S&OE effectiveness, sales phasing, service levels, inventory health, and execution reliability.

·       Process Standardization & Best Practices:
Drive harmonization of S&OE processes across APAC markets, leveraging global standards while adapting to regional nuances.

·       Digital & Analytical Enablement:
Collaborate with IT, DTO and analytics teams to enhance S&OE tools like SRM, data visibility, and automation capabilities. Drive usage and adoption of the existing tools like IBP BI Tool

·       Build Capabilities

Partner with D&A and Market teams to roll out and implement Advance forecasting tools and build capabilities for assumption-based forecasting, Risk and Opportunity guidelines and Trade Inventory tracking mechanism.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

·       8+ years of experience in supply and demand planning, with regional leadership exposure.

·       Strong understanding of IBP/S&OE processes and supply chain execution dynamics.

·       Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.

·       Analytical mindset with proficiency in planning tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau).

·       Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong business acumen and proven commercial facing experiences.

·       Experience working in a multi-country APAC context is highly desirable.
