Job Title: Local Demand Planner – France

What you will do

  • Lead and participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across a portfolio of brands.

  • Manage monthly sales forecasts (standard and promotional products) over a 24-month rolling horizon.

  • Collaborate with the Central Demand Planning team on statistical forecasting models and validation.

  • Work closely with Supply Planning to ensure product availability.

  • Partner with Master Data, Sales, Category Managers, and Trade Customization teams to support promotional operations.

  • Monitor brand performance through supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, DOS, SLOB, UFR, etc.

  • Support business development and optimization projects in partnership with Sales and Marketing.

  • Propose improvements in execution, simplification, and automation of planning activities.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Excel; experience with SAP, APO, BW, Anaplan, and Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English; comfortable working in an international environment.
